Lull’s Brook Watershed Project
Year One
The map above shows an overview of the entire Lull’s Brook Watershed, an area of approximately 7 miles in width.  The brook winds for over 10 miles as it descends from west to east, emptying into the Connecticut River at Hart Island. A summary of elevations and distances is shown on a table.

 Students in the sixth grade visited 7 sites along the brook, gathering water quality data, observing geology and landcover, noting human and animal use of the water, and describing the unique aspects of each site. Maps and descriptions of each site can be found by clicking the links below:
